Bring the impossible

Polysity is a specialized start-up in additive manufacturing and software development, combining expertise in robotics and computing to deliver innovative solutions.
In collaboration with researchers from LIRMM (Montpellier Laboratory of Informatics, Robotics, and Microelectronics), we are committed to making the fabrication of complex silicone structures more accessible and efficient.

Founded and led by Hamza EL JJOUAOUI, Polysity focuses on the healthcare and soft robotics markets while also addressing the diverse needs of other industries.

Our History

2022

Beginnings

At LIRMM, in collaboration with Professor Yassine Haddab and Hamza El Jjouaoui, we faced a major challenge: mastering the fabrication of silicone structures to produce complex, precise, and repeatable shapes for soft robotics applications, while existing manufacturing processes were not sufficient to meet these needs.

2023

Proof of Concept

With the support of CNRS Innovation, the CLAMPS project was launched with a clear ambition: to develop an innovative silicone object manufacturing process capable of overcoming the limitations of traditional approaches and enabling more complex, precise, and flexible structures.

2025

Prototype

With the support of SATT AxLR, we reached a major milestone with the completion of our first silicone 3D printer prototype. Designed to work with most silicones available on the market, this prototype was developed to address a wide range of needs across medical, robotics, and industrial applications.

2026

Deployment

Supported by the BIC de Montpellier, The university of Montpellier, the CNRS, and SATT AxLR, we founded POLYSITY with the ambition of transforming silicone structure manufacturing. By combining unmatched hardware and software expertise, we developed a service offering a value proposition currently unavailable anywhere else on the market.
